I've actually choose this navigation bar because its a great example of a unique navigational bar. I like how they use a grudge effect to highlight the text and also at the top it seems to have a rainbow effect as you rollover the navigation bar.
This navigation bar seems very simple to use. Easy to red. Each link describes what the page is clearly. I like the light effect above the link when you roll over the link. The Nav bar also looks like torn paper. I like that look a lot.
The light above the text is what had me because it makes the navigational bar standout more. I like how they used the torn paper look for the secondary navigational bar.
