I wish I could re size it. This is the wire frame I'm working on now and will be the actual website for my group. It will have a sliding header and work as a blog site. This is just the start, I've been working all night and still going at it. I will keep you guys updated.
Thanks I appreciate it. Right now I'm actually using the baseline grid. It’s a 6px baseline grid coupled with the 960 grid system. So it makes everything snap into place even the actual wording. Also I understand what your saying about not being able to change it later. That's the main reason why I used smart filters so it wont destroy the original image.
